Nice turnout! I've never seen that kind of parade setup, before. *shrug* Whatever works.
...although, someone forgot to tell the VIPs (the last 3 to stroll out there) that this was a marching event.
Although, I think in order to obtain a rank of LCol or higher, some people have to turn in their "I learned to March!" scout badge, in order to make room for the LCol stripes.
Oooh I've been on my share of parades where the big hats wore short sleeves and stood under an awning while the rest of the world wore full rig... anyhow, watching a LCol march is not a pretty sight!
